Once you have developed the skills to provide effective feedback (month #1), now you are ready to create a communication plan, and structure, that will ensure your success long term. Lack of communication is one of the most common reasons team members get frustrated and leave. Once you understand the basic building blocks of communication, you will start to see your team performance increase like never before. And just wait until you start using your Coaching Skills that you will learn later in our program!!!
I have over 30 years experience as a leader in a variety of different levels. My focus is to provide those that are new to a leadership role the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed long term in their position. I am a certified coach, and many of our programs are available with coaching and mentoring as an add on.
